Meet Molly

I know how destructive and all consuming chronic pain can be.

​

I had my first migraine at 12 and for decades I thought there was little I could do to stop them. In my 30's I experienced years of chronic pain issues that kept me up at night, exhausted me and left me feeling despondent. 

 

It wasn’t until my 40s that I discovered a mind-body approach. At first, I was skeptical, but when I used the techniques I now teach to stop one of my migraines, everything changed.​

​

Now, with over 16 years of experience in natural pain relief and nervous system regulation, I'm here to empower you with practical tools to get relief, and feel at home in your body again.

With a Master level certification in Pain Reprocessing Therapy® and decades experience working as a practitioner in The Feldenkrais Method® in Functional Integration® and nervous-system based therapies I can help you feel your way to relief.
